Well, tomorrow is a new beginning for the United States. (See that? United?) I think it speaks well for a country when we have the potential to throw out parts of the government every two years (House of Representatives) and never miss a step. And I think it's pretty cool that we can throw out the head of the country every four to eight years, like clockwork, and start fresh.
So tomorrow everything old is new again, and I'm really excited Obama is going to be our president if for no other reason that it drives some people absolutely around the bend. Hee! The Interwebs are abuzz with the sound of the Apocalypse. Dude, I thought I was bad at hiding how I am really feeling. Wow.

One of my favorite episodes of "Third Watch" is on A&E tomorrow so I'm going to record it. I loved that series when it was on and we never missed it. It was so heartbreaking to watch Doc's downward spiral because he was the one everyone could always depend on.
So then, thinking about that reminded me of Paul Michael Glaser who's in the episode playing a hard-ass station commander, and that got me thinking about "Fiddler on the Roof" so then I had to go to IMDB and read all about the movie, which my big sister took me to see in the theater in 1971 when it came out and I absolutely loved it and still do and I cry like a fool when Tevya has to say goodbye to his daughter at that desolate train stop.
But I digress.
